What You'll Do
​

Write, Film, and Edit: Shoot high-quality video content using professional equipment and edit footage into polished final products
​

Digitizing Services: Assist with our media digitizing services, helping clients preserve and convert their existing video content
​

Creative Projects: Work on varied assignments including business promotional videos, nonprofit campaigns, athletic plays, first responder recruitment, and more
​

Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver content that exceeds expectations
​

Post-Production: Editing, audio, motion graphics, and final delivery of projects
​
What We're Looking For
​

Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in videography, filming, and video editing
​

Technical Skills: Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting & audio equipment, and industry-specific editing software (Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve)
​

Versatility & Creativity: Ability to come to the table with fresh ideas, adapt shooting and editing style to different types of clients and projects; emotionally-driven storyteller

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in both filming and post-production work • Client-Focused: Excellent customer service, great attitude, professional, and personable • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work well with our existing team

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry camera equipment and walk for extended periods during shoots

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, driven, and creative team member to support our business development, marketing, and creative operations. This role works directly alongside one of the company owners who oversees business development, marketing, social media, and client scheduling.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with organization and strategy, thrives in a fast-moving production environment, and is passionate about video and film.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media​

Manage and post content across all company social media platforms

Develop content ideas and assist with marketing campaign creation

Produce marketing materials for company promotion and outreach

Track analytics and performance across social and marketing campaigns
Business Development Support

Research potential projects, contracts, and prospective clients

Assist with identifying and preparing government RFPs

Help organize and maintain a pipeline of opportunities

Support outreach and follow-up efforts related to business development
Creative & Production Support

Assist with storyboarding and creative development for projects

Support pre-production planning and internal creative discussions

Participate in client creative meetings and brainstorming sessions
Scheduling & Operations
• Help schedule client filming and production-related activities
• Coordinate calendars, timelines, and internal logistics
• Assist with maintaining organization across projects and deadlines
Website & Administrative Support
• Maintain and update company websites to keep content current and relevant
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction
• Excellent English skills, including grammar and spelling
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive

• Experience with social media, marketing tools, or basic website editing preferred
• Experience with research, RFPs, or business development support is a plus
Compensation & Growth
• Full-time position
• Starting Pay: $24–$28/hour, depending on experience
