What You'll Do
​

Write, Film, and Edit: Shoot high-quality video content using professional equipment and edit footage into polished final products
​

Digitizing Services: Assist with our media digitizing services, helping clients preserve and convert their existing video content
​
-
Creative Projects: Work on varied assignments including business promotional videos, nonprofit campaigns, athletic plays, first responder recruitment, and more
​
-
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver content that exceeds expectations
​
-
Post-Production: Editing, audio, motion graphics, and final delivery of projects
​
What We're Looking For
​

Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in videography, filming, and video editing
​

Technical Skills: Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting & audio equipment, and industry-specific editing software (Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve)
​

Versatility & Creativity: Ability to come to the table with fresh ideas, adapt shooting and editing style to different types of clients and projects; emotionally-driven storyteller

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in both filming and post-production work • Client-Focused: Excellent customer service, great attitude, professional, and personable • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work well with our existing team

Reliable: Dependable professional who shows up on time, meets deadlines, and can manage multiple projects

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry camera equipment and walk for extended periods during shoots

Edit Video Content: Edit raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos
​

Emotional Storytelling: Learn to craft narratives that connect with viewers on an emotional level, using pacing, music, and visual techniques to create impact
​

Music Selection & Integration: Choose and integrate music that enhances the emotional tone and narrative flow of each project (music is never “in the background,” it is part of the story)
​

Audio Mastery: Mix audio, add sound effects, and ensure professional sound quality throughout all projects
​

Motion Graphics: Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects that enhance the production value
​

Creative Transitions: Utilize creative transitions and editing techniques to maintain visual interest and narrative flow
​

Color Correction and Grading: Understand and apply color grading principles and have an eye for proper lighting in footage
​

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with videographers, clients, and the production team to bring creative visions to life
​
