Using footage we capture, assets and branding provided by the client, we transform them into a final video that doesn’t just meet contractual obligations—it exceeds expectations in quality, clarity, and emotional impact.

• Edit Video Content: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging stories that captivate audiences and achieve client objectives

​

• Emotional Storytelling: Craft narratives that connect with viewers on an emotional level, using pacing, music, and visual techniques to create impact

​

• Music Selection & Integration: Choose and integrate music that enhances the emotional tone and narrative flow of each project (music is never “in the background,” it is part of the story

​

• Audio Mastery: Mix audio, add sound effects, and ensure professional sound quality throughout all projects

​

• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects that enhance the production value

​

• Creative Transitions: Utilize creative transitions and editing techniques to maintain visual interest and narrative flow

​

• Color Correction and Grading: Understand and apply color grading principles and have an eye for proper lighting in footage

​

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with videographers, clients, and the production team to bring creative visions to life

​

• Digitizing Services: Assist with our media digitizing services, helping clients preserve and convert their existing video content

​

Required Skills:

​

• Ability to edit a project from start to finish with the goal of submitting the final video without the need for revisions.

​

• Demonstrated experience in professional video editing with a portfolio that showcases your best work

​

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in industry-standard editing software:
  Premiere Pro, Audition, Lightroom/Photoshop

​

• Creative Vision: Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics

​

• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and craft content that resonates emotionally with diverse audiences

​

• Audio Skills: Strong understanding of audio mixing, sound effects, and music integration

​

• Motion Graphics: Experience creating motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, text animations, visual effects (After Effects experience is a plus), etc

​

• Color Correct and Color Grade

​

• Takes Direction Well: Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive feedback, adapt, and refine work based on client needs and team input

​

• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the editing process

​

• Versatility: Ability to adapt editing style to match different client needs and project types

​

• Reliable & Professional: Dependable professional who meets deadlines and manages multiple projects efficiently, and shows up on time

​

• HUGE Note: The quality arrives in the details: Music, b-roll, interviews, etc. If the client is focused on pointing out our mistakes, we fail. The client should focus on the messaging, branding, and feel. Not edits. Most of our clients have zero edits and we strive for that.

• Camera Operation: Experience operating professional cameras and understanding of cinematography principles

• Filmmaking Experience: Background in production, cinematography
